Nashville up-and-comers American Bang, who have been on the road with ZZ Top this summer, return to the road on Sept. 19, this time with The Donnas. In addition to the tour with ZZ Top, American Bang performed its southern-fried garage rock to audiences at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Summerfest.

The two-year-old band is also releasing its major label EP, “Move to the Music” on Warner Bros. Records on Oct. 23. The EP’s title track is already being featured in Verizon’s new Motorola Q campaign across TV, radio and online promotions. . .

American Bang — singer-guitarist Jaren Johnston, guitarist Ben Brown, bassist Kelby Ray, and drummer Neil Mason — will release its debut full-length album, also on Warner Bros. Records, next year.
