Colorado’s Broomfield Event Center has selected Ticketmaster to serve as the authorized ticketing provider and exclusive ticket resale service for all events held at the arena. Under terms of the multi-year agreement, Ticketmaster is providing the center with a single ticketing distribution solution, including a venue-authorized TicketExchange resale service, on-site scanning technology to validate barcoded event tickets, online and offline marketing distribution and communication tools and a variety of other new services to help drive ticket sales and enhance the overall entertainment experience for the venue’s patrons.

The $45 million venue is a state-of-the-art, 180,000-square-foot multi-purpose event center that includes 25 suites, 900 club seats, up to 8,000 total seats, a sit-down restaurant, three themed bars and a separate basketball practice facility. It will host more than 100 events this year, including concerts, trade shows, family and sporting events. It is also the home of the Central Hockey League’s Rocky Mountain Rage and the NBA Development League’s Colorado 14ers, an affiliate of the Denver Nuggets, New Jersey Nets, and Toronto Raptors.

“We are excited about this transition,” said Gene Felling, executive vice president of Broomfield Sports and Entertainment and general manager of Broomfield Event Center, in a statement. “We’re aligning with the world leaders in ticketing in order to deliver many new and important benefits to our customers, to promoters and to the upcoming events at our arena.”
