Live Nation continues to stockpile talent as it draws closer to launching its new ticketing operation next year.
Cole Gahagan, former Senior Vice President of Marketing for Veritix, has left that company for a new job at Live Nation as Senior Vice President, Client Development and Strategy.
Gahagan told TicketNews that in his new assignment he will be responsible for managing and growing Live Nation’s relationship with venue operator SMG, which the company signed a long-term deal with last month. In addition, Gahagan will also be managing the company’s expansion with third-party venues and partners.
He leaves Veritix after three successful years, during which he helped bring together the former Flash Seats and Vertical Alliance, which together formed Veritix.
