Tickets for the upcoming NFL playoffs as well as tickets for upcoming concerts from Elton John are on sale throughout the week ending January 3 as compiled by TicketNews.
With this past weekend marking the end of the NFL regular season, the post season playoff positions are set and teams are releasing tickets for their upcoming games. In the onsales for Tuesday, tickets are available for the Tennessee Titans post season games. On Thursday, tickets for the Carolina Panthers are expected to be available for their first round match up against the Minnesota Vikings.
Sports fans should also note that two MLB teams have spring training games in the onsales for the week. Both the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers have tickets on sale Saturday for their spring training season in Arizona. Also in the onsales for Saturday are tickets for two upcoming WWE performances in St. Louis and upstate New York.
The music onsales for the week include a varied array of musical acts. Rockers 3 Doors Down have tickets in the onsales for Saturday for their upcoming concert in Grand Rapids, MI. Also in the onsales for Saturday are tickets to the upcoming Hip Hop 101 featuring Ludacris and held in Los Angeles. Rounding out the Saturday onsales are tickets to two Valentine’s Day radio shows from Magic 92.5 in San Diego, CA and Hot 92.3 in Inglewood, CA.
On sale Tuesday are tickets to catch Tony winning singer/actress Idina Menzel in Pennsylvania. Country duo Brooks & Dunn have a concert in Louisiana in Friday’s onsales. Finally, music legend Elton John has additional shows in the onsales for Thursday for his concerts in Las Vegas.
“Onsales” is a ticketing industry term describing when tickets initially go on sale to the general public. Each week, tickets are released by promoters, venues and others to dozens of events, but the number of tickets available can vary significantly between locations.
