The frustrations that some fans experience trying to obtain tickets to popular concerts became all too real for a young Taylor Swift fan in a recent video report by New York’s Channel 7 news. Click here or on the image below to be taken to the video.

New Jersey resident Davina Aziz tried to buy tickets from Ticketmaster Entertainment to an upcoming Swift concert, only to be shut out. She later found out that the undisclosed allotment of tickets made available for the onsale had sold out in about three minutes.

The report quotes a writer from PC Magazine about how some brokers allegedly use software to gain an advantage in obtaining tickets, but no information was given about how many tickets were withheld from the onsale.
