Attorney General Anne Milgram discussed key changes she would like to see made to anti-scalping laws, which, she believes, will give all consumers a chance to buy tickets at face value, including a “flat ban on speculative sales.” Her investigators are looking for evidence to show that brokers have an edge over the general public in obtaining tickets during the initial onsale.
