Rock veteran Bryan Adams will head across his native Canada and the United States for a new batch of concerts this fall. The musician’s schedule is peppered with dates from a full-band performance on September 4 at Telus Field in Edmonton, AB, through an intimate solo gig on December 10 at State Theatre in New Brunswick, NJ.

Seventeen shows are booked for the U.S. and Canada so far, eight of which are designated as “solo acoustic performances” on Adams’ official Web site. The special itinerary includes engagements on October 1-2 at the Orpheum in Vancouver, BC, and October 26 at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts in Virginia Beach, VA.

15 for $15 with Napster!Tickets are available for just a few of the earliest upcoming concerts, with September onsales marked for Adams’ two December shows. Ticketing information has not yet been confirmed for his October calendar.

Adams has toured extensively since the release of his eleventh studio album, appropriately titled “11,” in March 2008. In fact, the musician’s promotion of choice for the album has been solo acoustic shows, which he sometimes booked in 11-show blocks to fit with the numerology of the release.

The acclaimed singer-songwriter launched his 2009 season with a handful of U.S. gigs and an early winter tour of the Canadian provinces, which he then followed with additional U.S. concerts in the spring. His most recent tour leg was an eight-date run of eastern Canada that wrapped on August 15 at Massey Hall in Toronto, ON.
