Toronto, CAN (AudiencView) 12/02/2009 – AudienceView today announced that The University of Iowa’s Hancher Auditorium has selected its state of the art ticketing system to increase online ticket sales, manage membership programs and utilize the system’s advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features. Iowa’s Hancher Auditorium is among the leading university-based arts presenters in the nation and provides an annual innovative arts-education program that reaches across Iowa. The AudienceView system has allowed Hancher’s box office to seamlessly manage ticket inventory for eleven venues in the area, a situation made necessary by flooding in 2008, which closed Hancher’s facility.
