Police in Arlington, TX have not made arresting ticket scalpers a priority at the new stadium of the Dallas Cowboys because there have not been many complaints. According to the Dallas Morning News, even though scalping is prohibited in Arlington, only one arrest has been made since the stadium opened in June. On Saturday, January 9, the Cowboys host the Philadelphia Eagles in an NFL Wildcard playoff game, and officials expect a heavy scalper turnout.

It’s not a priority for them as they are doing deals directly with broker entities to help them:
1)monetize their premium inventory above face value
2) sell off some of their overpriced, unsold inventory (club seats, etc.) for LESS than face value to at least generate SOME revenue from those seats (better for them to have a ‘butt’ in a ‘seat’ even at lower or no margin, as they can then still sell that individual concessions, parking, merch, etc.
I know for an absolute fact that Cowboys do deals directly with brokers, their biggest deal appears to be with Razorgator.
