PRESS RELEASE: “Triton Media Group Adds Former Ticketmaster CEO to Board”

LOS ANGELES, CA (EON: Enhanced Online News) April 5, 2011 – Triton Media Group (http://www.tritonmedia.com), a market leading company syndicating content and enabling broadcasters to establish and monetize their digital presence, today announced that it named Mayfield Fund Entrepreneur in Residence Sean Moriarty as non-executive chairman of Triton Media Group’s Board of Directors. Moriarty is the former President and CEO of Ticketmaster, the world’s largest live entertainment ticketing and marketing company. Moriarty led Ticketmaster to significant digital and international success during his tenure and will provide strategic guidance as Triton enters its next phase of growth.

Moriarty joins Triton Media Group to serve as a digital advisor to President and Chief Executive Officer Neal Schore and Chief Operating Officer Mike Agovino. He will contribute to Triton’s overarching strategy as the company continues to lead innovation for digital audio. Triton Media Group’s Triton Digital division provides media companies with technology and services that entertain, engage and build online audiences.

Prior to his time as President and CEO of Ticketmaster, Moriarty held several positions of increasing responsibility within the organization, including Executive Vice President of Products and Technology and COO. Before moving to Ticketmaster, he held various roles including Executive Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Internet Systems as part of the technology team at Citysearch. Moriarty is a former Board member of Points.com, a provider of rewards management programs, and iLike, a social music discovery service with more than 30 million registered users.

Moriarty currently sits on several corporate and non-profit boards including Eventbrite, Freedom Communications, CoachArt and the Pat Tillman Foundation. He holds a B.A. from the University of South Carolina and attended graduate school at Boston University and the University of South Carolina.
