Sophie Martin is the manager of TicketNetwork’s Broker Services Department and has been with TicketNetwork for a year. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University (’10), and landed in the ticket industry shortly after graduating. She implemented an inventory management system and oversaw day-to-day operations for one of the nation’s largest ticket brokerages. In this position Martin wore many hats, including consulting on various ticketing technology developments. Martin left the ticket industry for a short while in 2016, working for an SAP Hybris vendor in the technologies industry, before entering the marketplace arena.
The Broker Services team has made a substantial impact on Broker Performance in the last year, as their efforts have focused on educating brokers and developing solutions for systematic concerns. In proactively communicating with Broker clients, Martin and her team are driving change, actively pushing internal business and technology teams to enhance the Broker experience on the TicketNetwork® Exchange.
