The Washington Capitals defeated the Vegas Golden Knights last night, earning the winning title of the NHL Stanley Cup for the first time. Yesterday’s match took the top spot on Thursday’s best-selling events, according to sales data from Ticket Club.

Thursday marked Game 5 in the Stanley Cup Finals, and for the first time in the team’s history, they not only made it to the championship rounds, but won the Stanley Cup. Lars Eller scored the winning goal of the match with just over 7 minutes remaining. Other notable sports events which sold well throughout the day include the NBA Finals, Kelly Cup Finals, the Golden State Warriors Watch Party, and the International Champions Cup match between Barcelona and AS Roma. The baseball game between rivals Yankees and Red Sox also made the list for a game this August in Boston.

Halsey clocked in at No. 4, due to her ongoing Hopeless Fountain Kingdom Tour. Single-day passes to the CMA Music Festival remained hot commodities, along with Mix Live, featuring Enrique Iglesias, Ozuna, Steve Aoki, and Farruko. Imagine Dragons, Post Malone & 21 Savage, Luis Miguel, Pitbull, Harry Styles & Kacey Musgraves, and Maroon 5 & Julia Michaels made the list with ongoing and upcoming shows on tour.

Springsteen on Broadway and the CMA Awards were also among the day’s best-sellers.
