Broker Genius, relocated its corporate headquarters from Valley Stream, NY to the island of Manhattan in June, taking up residence in the heart of New York City, according to a press release issued by the company. The move to 355 5th Avenue took place in June, and is intended to fit the dual purpose of accommodating the company’s current growth rate, and recruitment of top talent looking to establish themselves in the biggest market in the United States.
“Moving to Manhattan was a very big decision,” said CEO and Founder Sam Sherman. “When I walked into this space, I immediately knew that it was going to be Broker Genius’ new home.” Sherman continued, “Broker Genius has extremely ambitious goals in the next few years that will require best in class talent to properly execute. Ultimately, it became clear that if we want to attract and retain that talent, there was no better place to be than NYC.”
The space is designed to house more than 120, covering 14,000 square feet.

Broker Genius Announces New Office Space in Manhattan
Broker Genius moved their headquarters to Midtown Manhattan in June to accommodate their growth and hire top talent.
The new location is at 366 5th Avenue, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars. It’s just a two minute walk from the Empire State Building, as well as a 10 minute walk to Bryant Park, Grand Central Station, or Penn Station.
Broker Genius occupies the entire fourth floor of the building. It’s over 14,000 square feet and seats more than 120 employees. The look and feel of the office is designed to foster innovation and collaboration.

Previously Broker Genius was based in Valley Stream, New York. They also have a development office in Barcelona, Spain. In November 2017, Broker Genius secured a $15 million Series A round of funding from Boston-based growth equity firm Volition Capital.
