The UFC match between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor took the top spot on yesterday’s best-selling events list, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
Boxing followed with the highly-anticipated event where Canelo Alvarez will take on Gennady Golovkin. Other notable sporting events include the US Open Tennis Championship and the Camping World Kickoff game between Alabama Crimson Tide and Louisville Cardinals. Multiple football games made the list, as well as the baseball game Houston Astros v. Oakland Athletics.
Aerosmith clocked in at No. 3 for their recently-announced Las Vegas residency. Tickets to see Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood, Pearl Jam, Ozuna, and Jennifer Lopez sold well due to upcoming shows on tour. Drake & Migos tickets were a hot commodity, although the group had a rocky start to their tour by pushing back several shows, and four-day passes to next year’s CMA Music Festival have begun to sell.
The Broadway show Hamilton was also among the day’s best-sellers.
