Indie-rock artist Father John Misty just revealed a concert to benefit those affected by the massive California wildfires that have raged through the state over the past few weeks.
The show is set to take place in Los Angeles, California at the Theatre at the Ace Hotel on December 18. Other artists on the bill include FJM, Haim, Mac DeMarco, Rostam, Rivers Cuomo of Weezer, Weyes Blood, Tim Heideck, and Nate Ruess of fun., along with a handful of other special guests.
Proceeds from the event will go toward the Los Angeles United Way’s Southern California Disaster Relief Fund, which helps support low-income families affected by the fires and help families “rebuild their lives.” A percentage of the fund will also go toward the American Red Cross to assist with immediate needs of impacted individuals.

The fires have killed 85 civilians and six firefighters, injuring more than 80. Thousands also lost their homes and belongings, while some people are still missing.
