Several theater shows and NBA teams are releasing tickets over the weekend, including Mean Girls, The Lehman Trilogy, and the Portland Trail Blazers. Mean Girls’ December through January run in Chicago will go on general sale Sunday. The musical based off Tina Fey’s 2004 cult classic received 12 Tony nominations at last year’s awards and is prepared to start its national tour in just a couple of weeks. The Lehman Trilogy’s Broadway debut will release presale tickets on Saturday as well. The acclaimed play details the Lehman Brothers investment company from their humble beginnings to the company’s collapse and its role in the 2008 financial crisis.
The Portland Trail Blazers’ home games will be available Monday on general sale. The team had a strong performance last season, finishing second in their division and third in the Western Conference. The Charlotte Hornets’ home games will go on general sale Monday as well, while the Atlanta Hawks’ home games will be available on presale. The New York Open will also release general sale tickets on Monday.
Aerosmith’s Deuces Are Wild Las Vegas residency will also release tickets on presale. Five of the rock band’s 2020 shows at the Park Theater will go on presale this weekend. Oprah Winfrey’s Your Life In Focus engagements in Atlanta and Charlotte will also go on presale Monday; the influential tv host will discuss her wellness journey around the country with various celebrity guests. The Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s winter shows will go on presale Monday as well, with their Memphis show on general sale this weekend.
Additional shows on general sale include Corduroy in Chicago, Cats in Boston, Waitress performances in Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton and the Commodores’ Coconut Creek performance. Theater shows on presale include Les Miserables’ Columbus productions, Miss Saigon in Kansas City, and Dear Evan Hansen performances in Dallas.
