The 2019 CMA Awards and Billy Joel’s Notre Dame Stadium show are among tickets going on sale Wednesday. This year’s CMA Awards will be hosted by Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton, with tickets on general sale tomorrow. Maren Morris scored six CMA nominations this year, more than any other nominee. Joel’s Notre Dame show will be the second concert ever at the stadium and one of Joel’s only announced shows of 2020 so far. Tickets will go on presale Wednesday.
Several other big-name concerts are going on presale tomorrow, including two of Taylor Swift’s Lover Fest shows – one in Foxboro and one in Inglewood – and EDM artist Gryffin’s Anaheim show. Joe Hisaishi’s special show with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra will go on general sale tomorrow as well. Hisaishi is best known for composing music for movies such as Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle and the performance will be his first in Toronto.
DaBaby’s Morgantown show will go on general sale Wednesday, while additional concerts on presale include Jason Aldean’s Tupelo concert, Miranda Lambert’s Wildcard tour stop in Biloxi, and the Eli Young Band’s Anaheim, Charlotte and North Myrtle Beach concerts.
The Harlem Globetrotters World Tour will release tickets to performances across the country tomorrow, while the University of South Florida’s men’s and women’s basketball home games will also go on sale. Bullfighters Only Championships in Las Vegas will also release general sale tickets tomorrow.
Several comedians are releasing presale tickets to shows tomorrow as well. Jim Breuer’s Chicago stand up show, Nikki Glaser’s St. Louis performance and six Chris Tucker shows will all go on presale tomorrow. Impractical Jokers star Sal Vulcano’s Boston show will also go on sale, along with some of Ron White’s upcoming shows and Mike Epps’ Fabulously Funny Comedy Festival shows across the country.
