Classic rockers and country stars are among artists releasing tickets this weekend. Daryl Hall and John Oates will perform in Honolulu in the spring, with tickets on sale Saturday. The show is just one of a handful of concerts the duo will play next year. Ringo Starr’s two shows at the Casino Rama Resort will also go on general sale Saturday. The shows will kick-off Starr’s summer tour, where he’ll go on to play in New York, Boston and Atlanta.
Luke Bryan’s Mt. Pleasant show will also go on sale this weekend, along with the Black Key’s Chicago show and Toby Keith’s Allentown concert. Waitress performances at Chicago’s CIBC Theatre will go on sale Sunday as well. Also in theater, Jersey Boys performances in Honolulu will go on presale, while tickets to Miss Saigon’s run in Syracuse will go on general sale.
Opera singer Andrea Bocelli’s Hollywood and San Jose shows will go on general sale Monday, along with blues-rocker Nathaniel Rateliff’s London and Birmingham concerts. Folk singer Brandi Carlile will perform in Hollywood in March with tickets on sale Saturday. Melissa Etheridge’s Rama show will also go on sale Saturday.
Rapper KRS-One will perform in New York and Washington, D.C. in the spring, with tickets up-for-grabs Saturday. Russell Brand’s Recovery tour stops in Sydney and Wellington will also go on sale this weekend. Brand will speak on addiction in its different forms as part of his tour promoting his book Recovery: Freedom From Our Addictions. Former comedian Lisa Lampanelli will also have tickets available tomorrow for her Losin’ It shows in Chicago. Lampanelli will speak on weight and body issues, drawing on her own experience with weight loss surgery.
In sports, the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians spring training sessions will go on general sale Saturday, as well the 2020 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game, where the University of North Dakota will face Penn State.
