Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill celebration and Lady Gaga’s pre-Super Bowl concert are among tickets going on sale Tuesday. Morissette recently announced a 25th-anniversary tour celebrating her Grammy-winning album Jagged Little Pill. About half of the shows on that tour will go on presale tomorrow including stops in Dallas, Mansfield and Nashville. Fellow rockers Garbage and Liz Phair will join Morissette on tour. Lady Gaga will headline the AT&T TV Super Saturday concert the night before the Super Bowl. Gaga is no stranger to Super Bowl performances – she headlined the halftime show in 2017, which was nominated for six Emmy’s and became the most-Tweeted about Super Bowl halftime performance. Tickets to the Super Saturday concert will go on general sale tomorrow.
Tickets to Hit Her With the Skates, a new musical described as “Grease meets Hairspray with a touch of Xanadu,” will also go on general sale tomorrow. The musical will make its debut at Chicago’s Royal George Theatre and is currently scheduled for a March through June run. Other theater shows going on sale include Mean Girls performances in New Orleans and The Play That Goes Wrong in Boise.
Motley Crue’s comeback tour with Def Leppard and Poison will also release tickets tomorrow. Five shows from the 80’s rockers including concerts in Miami, Pittsburgh and Flushing will go on presale. Tickets to shows on Maroon 5’s summer tour will also go on presale, along with Billy Joel’s April show at Madison Square Garden. The YouTube personalities behind Achievement Hunter will be taking their blend of comedy and gaming on the road, with tickets to their Los Angeles show on general sale tomorrow. The group’s Seattle show will go on presale.
In college sports, the UCLA Bruins basketball team will put tickets to 2020 games on sale. The Arizona State Sun Devils basketball team will release tickets to games on presale tomorrow. Lynyrd Skynyrd’s farewell tour stop in Fresno will also go on presale. DL Hughley’s comedy night in Detroit will have presales available tomorrow as well, along with Chris Tucker’s stand-up show in Oakland.
