The Ivy League announced Ticket Smarter as its official ticket resale partner, cementing another high profile league deal for the Kansas-based ticket resale marketplace website. The Ivy League, which includes schools like Yale, Harvard, Princeton, and Cornell, is one of the most venerable conferences in athletics, predating the formation of NCAA’s Division I. Seven of its schools were founded prior to the American revolution.

“We are pleased to welcome TicketSmarter as the league’s official secondary ticketing platform. The partnership continues to enhance our commitment to providing Ivy League fans with a first-class experience for our events,” Ivy League Executive Director Robin Harris said.

“We are excited to partner with the Ivy League, as an extension of our strategy to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that provide college fans with an enhanced ticketing experience,” said TicketSmarter CEO Jeff Goodman. “We look forward to developing our relationship with the league over the next several years.”

The Ivy League is the second high-profile conference to ink a deal with TicketSmarter in as many weeks, following in the footsteps of the Big Ten bringing them on as ticket resale partner. TicketSmarter now boasts deals with a huge array of colleges and conferences, as well as being the title sponsor of the TicketSmarter Birmingham Bowl.
