Mary J. Blige Expands ‘The For My Fans Tour’

Mary J. Blige is expanding “The For My Fans Tour” with nine additional stops.

Originally announced in September, the tour will now span 36 cities across North America, beginning on January 30 at the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina and concluding on April 17 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

The tour’s expanded schedule now includes newly added cities like Memphis, Columbia, Austin, Birmingham, and Las Vegas. Joining Blige on tour with special guests Ne-Yo and Mario. This announcement comes on the heels of Blige’s recent induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in October. Additionally, Blige dropped her latest album, Gratitude, on November 15, featuring its lead single, “Breathing.”

Tickets for the newly announced dates will go on sale starting Tuesday, December 10, with a presale for Citi cardholders. Additional presales are set to follow throughout the week, with general ticket sales opening on Friday, December 13, at 10 a.m. local time. 

Notably, Blige’s 2024 Strength of a Woman Festival and Summit, held at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center in May, drew over 13,000 attendees and grossed over $2 million. Additionally, her previous arena tour in 2022 featured record-breaking performances, including a sold-out show at Newark’s Prudential Center, which grossed nearly $1.9 million.
