Miley Cyrus, better known as Hannah Montana, rockets through TicketNews.com’s exclusive weekly Top Tens rankings, leaving a trail of achy breaky hearts in her wake. Read on for a look at where she ranks among all this week’s best sellers.

The winds of change are blowing in plenty of new events this week. The Overall Top Events chart receives four. Hannah Montana debuts at number two, another sensation churned out by the Disney Channel. The fourteen year old’s concert tour surpasses Top Events veterans Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, and Jersey Boys, as well as pound for pound king of the ring Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Mayweather vs. Hatton debuts at number three, exploding just days after official confirmation of the match-up. Other newcomers include Stevie Wonder, whose tour to honor his late mother appears at six, and the Pittsburgh Steelers, who debut at nine.

Floyd Mayweather, Jr.’s retirement lasted about as long as most folks’ New Year’s resolutions. Although he said his May bout with Oscar De La Hoya would be his last, the boxer is back for a December match-up against Ricky Hatton. The face-off between the two undefeated fighters is a hot ticket, debuting at the top of the Sports Chart . . .

The Boston Red Sox find themselves in a place they’re unaccustomed to this season – below the New York Yankees. The Sox drop to number four on the Top Sports chart this week while the Yanks assume their former position at number two. With the Yankees still in the playoffs race and just four games behind the Red Sox in the American League East standings, their fans’ enthusiasm (and ticket sales) are starting to perk up again.

Though the NFL relinquishes the top spot this week, six teams rank on the Sports chart: the Dallas Cowboys at three, the Pittsburgh Steelers at five, the Denver Broncos at seven, the Seattle Seahawks at eight, the San Diego Chargers at nine, and the Philadelphia Eagles at ten.

In the theatre rankings, it’s out with the old and in with the new. Broadway’s longest running musical Phantom of the Opera disappears from both the Top Theatre and Top NYC Theatre charts. Mary Poppins, which had been a regular in the rankings since last year, drops off of the Top Theatre chart. One production gaining ground is Legally Blonde, which returns to the Top Theatre chart at nine and advances three positions to number six in the Top NYC Theatre rankings. Also, the live tour of So You Think You Can Dance? debuts on the Top Theatre chart at number three.

For the cost-conscious consumer looking to get her money’s worth, the top spot on the Concerts chart goes to the Best of Both Worlds Tour, a two for one special. Miley Cyrus will perform the first half of the show as herself and the second half as her Disney alter-ego Hannah Montana. Not only that, but if accompanying your niece and her BFF to the show and spending the night amongst throngs of shrieking tweens isn’t charity enough for you, Hannah Montana gives you another reason to feel all warm and fuzzy. She is donating $1 from each ticket to the City of Hope cancer treatment center.

If Disney divas aren’t your style, Stevie Wonder returns to the touring circuit later this month for his first time in over a decade. He debuts at number two in the Top Concerts rankings. Jennifer Lopez is also new the chart this week. Her first concert tour, which will be shared with husband Marc Anthony, takes the number six spot.

Returning to the Top Concerts chart from last week are Céline Dion at number three, Justin Timberlake at four, Dave Matthews Band at five, Kenny Chesney at seven, Projekt Revolution at eight, and Toby Keith at nine. Rascal Flatts returns to the chart at number ten. This week’s new arrivals eject Michael Bublé, Rush, and Beyoncé, as well as The Police, last week’s number two concert event and one of the biggest of the year.

The top six Vegas shows maintain their positions this week, showing remarkable consistency for the chart. Céline Dion continues to reign as the undefeated number one, followed by LOVE at two, ”O” at three, Elton John at four, David Copperfield at five, and at six. Cirque Du Soleil picks up another spot in the rankings with the addition of Zumanity at number eight.
