Beyoncé and her alter ego Sasha Fierce haven’t forgotten about North America. Two months after the singer/actress unveiled a block of international dates for the 2009 I AM… world tour, the first North American concerts have started to surface.

Five North American concerts are currently confirmed for March 26 at Rexall Place in Edmonton, AB; March 27 at Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon, SK; March 28 at MTS Centre in Winnipeg, MB; March 31 at General Motors Place in Vancouver, BC; and April 1 at KeyArena in Seattle, WA.

Public onsales open on February 21 at 10 a.m. local time. Presales begin February 19 for the single U.S. performance and February 20 for the Canadian engagements. Ticket prices will vary depending on the venue, with face values currently ranging from $59 to more than $200 on Ticketmaster. The Seattle event is priciest with a low-end ticket priced at $99.75.

The acclaimed performer is promoter her November 18 release “I Am…Sasha Fierce,” a two-disc concept album that explores the two sides of Beyoncé’s personality and introduces her alter-ego Sasha Fierce. The effort peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and was certified double-Platinum in January.

Beyoncé’s 28-show European tour is scheduled to begin April 26 at Arena in Zagreb, Croatia, and close June 8 at the O2 Arena in London, England.
