As Broadway and other theaters face the current recession, shows are more than willing to discount tickets, as the New York Times reported this week. The publication outlined several deals on theater tickets, including more than 100 seats for $25 each for the upcoming production of Hamlet with Jude Law. In fact, most of the deals mentioned go beyond the bargains that can be found through the tried-and-true TKTS booth in the heart of New York City’s theater district.
