The Washington-based indie-rock band Car Seat Headrest announced an international headlining tour across the U.S. and Europe throughout 2019.

To round out the year, Car Seat Headrest will play a slew of dates throughout November in France, the UK, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium. Then, the tour will pick up next year, starting off the U.S. leg of the trek on February 14 in Boston, Massachusetts. They will make stops in cities like New York, Tampa Bay, and New Orleans before wrapping-up in San Antonio, Texas on March 2.

The tour dates follow the band’s decision to release Twin Fantasy – Mirror to Mirror, a remastered version of founder Will Toledo’s Bandcamp project. The record will be available November 2 for streaming and November 9 on vinyl. Previously, the LP was only released as a Record Store Day exclusive, with only 4,000 copies distributed.

Twin Fantasy- Mirror to Mirror follows 2018’s Twin Fantasy, a re-recorded and “re-imagined” version of the album, which dropped this past February. Car Seat Headrest has consistently released music since their 2010 debut; they currently have eleven records to-date, with with eight self-released.

Best-known for tracks like Teens Of Denial‘s “Drunk Drivers/Killer Whales” and “Fill in the Blank,” the group blends various genres like electronic, pop, and rock. Latest singles include “Nervous Young Inhumans,” “Cute Thing,” and “My Boy (Twin Fantasy).”
