Pop superstar Lady Gaga had to cancel her highly-acclaimed Enigma Las Vegas residency show last night while she recovers from bronchitis.
The gig was slated to take place at Park MGM’s Park Theater – where she has been performing since earlier this year. The star took to social media yesterday to apologize for the cancellation and shared an image of herself with an IV attached to her arm and a breathing machine.
“I’m so devasted (sic) I can’t perform tonight for so many people who traveled to come see me,” she wrote in a post. “I have a sinus infection and bronchitis and feel very sick and sad I never want to let you down. I’m just to (sic) weak and ill too (sic) perform tonight. I love you little monsters I’ll make it up to you. Promise.”

Park MGM reiterated her statement on their own social accounts, but noted that Lady Gaga plans to return to the stage for her scheduled show this Friday, November 8. Originally, her round of Enigma shows were slated to wrap-up tomorrow, but the residency has been extended for shows on December 28 and 30. She will head back to the stage in May 2020 for shows on May 2, 9, 13, and 15. Additionally, she’s holding various Jazz & Piano shows at the venue, which will wrap-up on May 16.
The gig from last night has not been rescheduled at this time.
