North America’s second largest music festival, Ottawa Bluesfest, has revealed its massive 2020 lineup.
The recently reunited Rage Against The Machine will headline the event, as well as the rockers of blink-182 and powerhouse Alanis Morissette. The National, King Crimson, Garbage, Tash Saltana, Dashboard Confessional, Sharon Van Etten, and Cat Power are also slated to perform, as well as Lil Tecca, Jack Johnson, and Boys II Men. The lineup offers a variety of different genres to cater to multiple music tastes, offering performances from indie-rock’s Vance Joy, hip-hop’s 6LACK, EDM artist Daniel Caesar and Marshmello, and punk-rock’s Billy Talent.
This is RATM’s latest festival announcement; the rock group is already slated to headline a handful of festivals this summer including the largest U.S. festival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, as well as Delaware’s Firefly, the Alpine Valley Music Festival in Wisconsin, and Quebec’s Festival d’Ete. They’ll also appear at fests overseas like Reading Festival in the UK, Paris’ Rock En Seine Festival, and Lollapalooza Berlin.
Ottawa Bluesfest will take place from July 9 to 19 at Lebreton Flats. Tickets head on sale Thursday, February 20.
