The company, which is owned by Major League Baseball, is located in Costa Mesa, CA, and in 2009 announced a deal with StubHub and Ballena Technologies to offer fans the chance to view 3-D venue maps and buy tickets from them.

In addition, Tickets.com system allows clients to safely gather certain customer data for marketing purposes.
The company is the official ticket company for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, and in addition to North America, it has clients in Europe, Australia and Latin America.
